Who’s The Boss
Make no mistake about it we are living in the mist of a changing world crisis, failing world governments, crime, gun violence, and the threat of terrorism all have shook the very foundation of our society. To the natural eye it makes one to wonder who is in charge? Who’s calling the shots or who’s really the boss. To the spiritual eye there’s no doubt, who’s in charge, Genesis 1:1 (Says that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And since the beginning to the present day and throughout eternity he has continued to be in charge, to move the wheels of creation in the directions of his will, to bring about his purpose. But the order in which he is moving could very well catch the religious world completely by surprise.
In the year 1906 a phenomenon occurred in Los Angeles CA. that changed the course of history. It was known as the Azusa Street Revival. The Azusa Street Revival was an historic Pentecostal revival meeting that was lead by William J. Seymour a one eyed 34 year old African American preacher and the son of a former slave. It began in 1906 and continued until roughly 1915. The revival was characterized by ecstatic spiritual experiences accompanied by speaking in tongues, and dramatic worship services, among first hand accounts were reports of the blind having their sights restored, diseases cured instantly, and immigrants speaking in German, Yiddish, and Spanish all being spoken in their native language by uneducated black members who translated the languages into English by supernatural ability. An observer at one of the services wrote these words: No instruments of music are used none are needed, no choir, the angles have been heard by some in the spirit. No collections are taken no bills have been posted to advertise the meeting. No church organization is back of it, all who are in touch with God realize as soon as they entered the meeting the Holy Ghost is the leader.

To understand the order in which God the father though his son Jesus Christ is moving, we must consider the course, the direction, and most importantly who is being used to orchestrate the move. In the book of St. John 14:16 (And I will pray the father and he shall give you another comforter that he may abide with you forever.)St. John 14:26 (But the comforter which is the holy ghost, whom the father will send in my name he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.) Both of these scriptures is saying the father is going to send the comforter which is the holy ghost the spirit of truth. St. John 14:17. In St. John 15:26 (But when the comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the father even the spirit of truth, which proceeded from the father, he shall testify of me.) St. John 16:7 (Nevertheless I tell you the truth it is expedient for you that I go away for if I go not away, the comforter will not come unto you, but if I depart I will send him unto you.) Both of these scriptures is saying that Jesus will also send the holy ghost. Both the father and the son is in total unified agreement on whose going to orchestrate the move. The scriptures leaves little doubt that the Holy Ghost is the orchestrator, and that he shall have full authority from the father and the son, to prepare and adorn the bride of Christ for her husband. The scripture not only tells us that the Holy Ghost shall orchestrate, it also tells us why. St. John 16:13 (For he shall not speak of himself but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak.) St. John 16:14 (He shall glorify me for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.) The Holy Ghost will not come to orchestrate its own will but to fulfill the will of God in Christ. St. John 14:26 (But the comforter which is the Holy Ghost whom the Father will send in my name he shall teach you all thing.) St. John 16:13 (Howbeit when he the spirit of truth is come he will guide you into all truth.) The word all is defined in Webster dictionary as meaning the whole, beyond doubt, nothing but, selected as the best and finally it means alone.
The Holy Ghost whom the Father will send in Jesus name, he shall teach us all things not of his own teaching and not of himself, but the complete fullness of the testimony of Jesus Christ and all he have said unto us the holy ghost will guide us into all truth, not of his own but he shall testify and glorify Jesus Christ that shall he speak and will show us things to come. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, without any help from man the only input man has in the whole orchestration is to bear witness. ( St. John 15:27 ) So this absolutely takes man out of the equation and strips him of his authority. Job 2:6 (And the lord said unto satan behold, he is in thine hands but saved his life.) satan had to get permission from the Lord to smote Job this proves that satan has no authority to orchestrate and is certainly not in charge. So I ask you, who’s the boss. Perhaps Paul summed it up in the book of Col. 2:9. (For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
